Dear AFT Guild Members,
Our next AFT Guild meeting will be held this Thursday, October 7th beginning at 3:00pm via Zoom (see connection details below).
At this meeting we will be voting on the following items:
- $8,100 COPE Expenditure to the Re-Election Campaign of Tony Thurmond (Mr. Thurmond will join our meeting at approximately 4:30)
- COPE Endorsement of Dr. Shirley Weber for Secretary of State (Dr. Weber will join our meeting at approximately 4:15)
- $5,000 Donation to United Taxi Workers of SD Organizing Campaign
We will also have a First Reading of the proposed “AFT Guild Statement on Reproductive Justice and Gender Equality” which is attached.;
