UC workers across the state will be going on an open-ended strike starting May 14th.
UC continues to break the law, making it impossible for UC workers to get the contract that they deserve. AFSCME has filed two Unfair Labor Practices (ULPs) against UC over their unlawful healthcare increases, their refusal to bargain over them, and their refusal to bargain over our housing benefits.
Here’s how you can stand in solidarity:

- Join the picket line. UCSD Hillcrest Medical Center with them at 11:00 AM this Thursday, May 14th, 200 W Arbor Dr, San Diego.
- Commit to feed striking workers.
- Publicly share your support for UC workers on social media
