If you are a vote-by-mail voter, you can drop off your ballot at the Registrar of Voters, 5201 Ruffin Road, Suite I, San Diego, CA 92123, or at your local polling place ( Find Your Polling Place ) on election day. Do NOT mail your ballot in now, it is too late and will NOT be counted.
