Are you seeking new challenges on your campus and with AFT? Then join us and hone your leadership skills!
We have 25 spots available in this year’s AFT’s Leadership 101. This leadership development series will help you identify your personal values and boundaries, and how to put them into practice on campus. You will also learn about leadership styles and discover how you can utilize your own style and when to employ a different style. Finally, we will learn and practice communicating clearly and kindly.
If this is something you are interested in, we’d love to work with you! You are committing to attending ALL the following dates:
- Friday, September 19, 1:30 – 4:30 – Discovering & Leading with Your Values
