Dear College Adjunct Faculty Members,
There appears to be a glitch in the EDD system. Many adjunct faculty have reported getting stuck in a loop being asked questions regarding “whether or not you are a substitute in the LAUSD” or “when your Winter Recess begins” (by the way, you are not on recess, the semester has ended).
We are tying to locate someone at EDD who can get this fixed. In the meantime, if this is happening to you, here is what I would advise:
1) Clear the cache of your browser;
2) Quit your browser;
3) Restart your computer;
4) Try applying again.
That seemed to have worked for some. If not, I don’t know what else to advise at this point. Perhaps trying to apply via a different browser? I’m hoping we can get a fix in soon.
