Are you interested in honing your leadership skills?
We have 13 spots available in AFT’s Leadership 101. This leadership development series will help you identify your personal values and learn how to put them into practice on campus. You will also learn about leadership styles and discover how you can utilize your own style and when to employ a different style. You will discover why you should set boundaries and how to do it. And you will learn about your communication style and practice navigating disagreements and conflicts.
If this is something you are interested in, we’d love to work with you! You are committing to attending BOTH dates for both sessions:

- Friday, November 8
- Leading with our Strengths – 9:00 –12:00
- Communication 101: Clear is Kind – 1:00 – 4:00
