Dear AFT Guild Member Colleagues,
As part of our series of Know Your Contract Quick Takes, we wanted to share key details about the Student Centered Funding Formula (SCFF) which is used to fund community colleges in the State of California.
We also wanted to share a few issues with the formula that impact our districts. We continue to fight at the state level to make changes to the SCFF that would bring more resources to SDCCD and GCCCD. More discussion to come as we continue bargaining for financial gains!
