6/17 at 2pm: Bi-national U.S.-Mexico Labor Meeting

Cross-Border Labor Solidarity in the Age of Trump

Saturday, June 17th at 2 pm
A delegation of labor unionists and activists from across Mexico will be joining with labor unionists and community activists from San Diego.

The purpose of this historic bi-national gathering is to discuss how to build cross-border solidarity and to coordinate a plan of action to resist the policies of Trump and their impact on both sides of the border.

These include the defense of immigrants and international workers, opposition to the border wall and further militarization, opposition to the North American Free Trade Agreement and further privatization, defense of union rights and more.

Join us as we launch a bi-national labor coalition to plan and coordinate protests and other actions to oppose the attacks on immigrants and labor, and to create a campaign for cross-border labor solidarity to counter the racism, xenophobia, and chauvinism of Trump and the Right.

Participants will include union activists from various regions in Mexico and southern California.
