How to get a replacement ballot:
If you did not receive a ballot or misplaced it, contact the election help desk for a replacement ballot. Email custserv@vres.us or call toll free 800-218-4026, Monday through Friday, 6:30 am to 3 pm.
Your paper ballot contains your PIN number.
Eligible voters should have received ballots from CalSTRS around October 1. Your paper ballot contains your individual PIN number and instructions for voting by mail, by phone, or online.
How to vote online, by phone, or by mail:
You may vote online at vres.us/CalSTRS.html or by phone at 800-254-6210 until 5 pm on November 30. Online and phone instructions will walk you through the process. Completed paper ballots must be postmarked by November 30 to be counted.
