Collaborative and Effective Evaluations

Dear AFT Guild Faculty Members,

What’s your experience with evaluations? Please come to this panel on evaluations to share your perspective! Perhaps you’ve been a Chair and tasked with evaluating your colleagues without any training. Maybe you’re a new tenure-track faculty and your evaluations felt like a lot of work with little feedback. Or maybe you’re a part-time faculty that’s had a less than desirable evaluation. Whatever your experience, we want to hear from you!

This is the first workshop on evaluations and the experiences shared here will shape a list of suggested best-practices that will be presented in our follow-up workshop. So join your AFT colleagues to collaborate on how to create effective evaluations!
