AFT Guild Member Benefit – Home buying Workshop

All AFT Guild members and their family members are invited to join us at our Homebuyer Workshop to learn how you can benefit from homeownership. Our Wells Fargo Home Mortgage consultants will present the fundamentals of buying and financing a home. We’ll help you identify challenges you may have. By attending this FREE workshop, you’ll come away with greater confidence in making decisions about what may be your largest financial transaction.

You will also learn about the loan rebates Wells Fargo offers to AFT members such as a $500 gift card, low down payment (similar to FHA loan), and their product availability to union members’ parents and children.
