As the LA Times reported today, there has been a surge in hate crimes during the first half of 2017. “It appears that bigots have become emboldened in the state, not only to commit more violence, but to publicly promote white nationalism,” Brian Levin, director of Cal State San Bernardino said.
There will be a rally and march to speak out against hate and intolerance this Sunday, August 27th, beginning at 1:00pm, at the San Diego Museum of Man, 1350 El Prado, SD, CA 92101 with a march from the Museum of Man to Horton Plaza in downtown (approx 1.5 miles, mostly downhill).
