Dear AFT Faculty Colleagues,
We are looking for both Part-Time and Full-Time faculty from all campuses to participate in an AFT Adjunct Issues Sub-Committee. Based on the recent increase in mainstream media coverage of the disparity in adjunct/full-time pay, the goal of the committee will be to address ways that we can bring further attention to the issue as well as organize locally and statewide for more equitable pay.
Our first meeting will be held this Thursday, March 13th, at 2:00pm at the AFT Office, 3737 Camino del Rio South, Suite 410, SD, CA 92108.
