DID YOU KNOW …

Only 23% of Blacks and 9% of Latinos age 25 or older in California have a bachelor’s degree or higher, compared to 40% of whites. The median income of adults with a bachelor’s degree is double that of high school graduates.

In the last 10 years, the total dollar amount of public contracts awarded to “minority owned enterprises” has fallen by more than 50%  and only 1/3 of these businesses have survived over this period of time.
