Dear SDCCD Faculty Colleagues,
We are beginning our work on developing an initial proposal to send to the District to start the negotiation process for a successor agreement to our faculty collective bargaining agreement which will expire on 6/30/11.
We would like to hear from each of you regarding what items you would like us to include in this initial proposal. We are interested in hearing any and all suggestions you may have, however, given the current economic situation facing the State and the District, only suggestions without any economic impact will have any likelihood of succeeding.
