FYI, from a SD U-T article 4 October 2024.
I submitted a personal request for a payment as a member of the very large class in this class-action lawsuit filed by the State of California against price-fixing oil companies. By the terms of the settlement, oil companies will reimburse customers who purchased gasoline in California. The filing form is easy to complete and submit to the State of CA. We’ll see what this yields.
