Do you have a project you wanted to complete…LAST Summer but haven’t made much progress on it? Then this event is just what you need! You’ll learn practical strategies and novel approaches in project management. The panelists will also share strategies for resource management, collaborating across teams/disciplines, and tips for leveraging A.I. to enhance workflows, and keep team members connected, informed and responsive.
