Brothers and Sisters,The NASSCO Shipyard has announced it will need to hire about 1,000 new employees during the next 18 months across all trades. Union families are encouraged to apply at nassco.com or at the Shipyard Workers union hall at 616 National City Blvd. National City, CA 91950.
The entry level trainees start at $11.00-$13.00 per hour with full benefits and the journeyman pay rate is $24.17 an hour.
