Dear AFT Guild Members:
The 73rd Annual Convention of the California Federation of Teachers will be held at The Manhattan Beach Marriott commencing Friday, March 20th, 2015 at 10:00 AM and continuing through Sunday, March 22nd, 2015 until 1:00 PM.
All AFT Guild members in good standing are eligible to be nominated to serve as a delegate to the convention. To be nominated, you will need to solicit the signatures of ten (10) other AFT Guild members in good standing. A nominating petition is attached. It must be completed and mailed or faxed (619-640-1154) to the AFT Guild office and received no later than 4:00pm, Tuesday, March 3rd, 2015.
As we will be booking your hotel reservations for you, please try to submit your nominating petition as early as possible. The attached nominating petitions describes the other items the Guild will be reimbursing delegates for.
