For Fall 2012 Staff Development, AFT wants to help instructors better handle job stress and defeat faculty burnout. We are looking for presenters who can do the following: help faculty identify the signs of burn-out, give tips/advice on how to manage stress so burn-out does not occur, and provide ideas for resources faculty could access if they are suffering from burn-out already. The presentation will run about 1 ½ hours and will be presented at Mesa College and Grossmont College. If you are interested in presenting, please contact Lyn Neylon at
