Dear Colleagues,

If you haven't yet been able to participate in this fall's election campaign, you still have two opportunities to help us ensure victory on November 2nd!

1) This Saturday, October 23rd at 9:00am we will be teaming up with the Labor Council and other affiliated unions to get the word out to all voters.  We really need a good showing of AFT members on this day!  Wear your AFT t-shirt (we'll get you one if you don't have one) and meet us in the parking lot of the AFT office, 3737 Camino del Rio South.

2) If walking isn't your thing, on Wednesday, October 27th from 3:00-7:00 PM we will be calling our AFT brothers and sisters in the Poway and Palomar Districts.  We will be making the calls from the Labor Council office (down the hall from the AFT office) at 3737 Camino del Rio South, Suite 403.

If you haven't spent any time volunteering yet for this election cycle, these are your last two opportunities, so let's make the most of them!  Please RSVP to Jim Miller at miller229@earthlink.net so we can get an accurate volunteer count.

Act as if public education depends on this election.  It does!
