SUMMARY:AFT Guild Union Meeting: Thursday\, May 4th - César Chávez Campus (05/03/2023)
DESCRIPTION:Dear AFT Guild Members\, \nOur last AFT Guild Union meeting of this academic year will be held this Thursday\, May 4th\, beginning at 3:00pm on the rooftop of the César Chávez Center.  \nThe address is 1901 Main Street and there are two levels of parking inside the building.  It’s a little tricky to find the entrance from the street if you have never been there before.  (See the attached photo below–enter the parking structure where the yellow star is.)  Once you park\, take the elevator up to the third floor\, and then follow the signs to the roof entrance. \nAttached is the tentative agenda for this Thursday’s meeting.  We will be voting on a $1\,000 donation to the Mesa College Classified Professionals “ClassiCon” conference.  Please let me know if you have any items you would like to see added to the agenda. \nLastly\, we will be having a post-meeting get together at: Attitude Brewery\, 1985 National Ave\, San Diego\, 92113 (one block from our meeting).  They have a full menu including plenty of food and non-alcoholic drink selections.  Please join us if you can! \nHope to see you Thursday!\nIn Solidarity\,\nJim\nJim Mahler\, President\nAFT Guild\, Local 1931 \nUnion Agenda May 2023
