Dear SDCCD Faculty,
After nearly two years of laborious negotiations, we have finally reached agreement with the District on a new faculty Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA)! Keep in mind that these changes reflect non-economic items only.
Attached is: a) a summary of the changes, and b) the entire new CBA.
We are now starting the process of preparing the US mail ratification ballots which should arrive at your home next week.
If you have any questions or concerns, please plan on attending one of our general membership meetings, your AFT campus liaison meeting, or you can of course send me an email.
I believe you will find the changes included to be of great benefit to all faculty!
