Obama Leads Clinton in both Delegates and Votes

Colleagues,

Following his landslide victory yesterday in South Carolina, Barack Obama now leads Hilary Clinton in total votes cast with 61% of the votes cast between them (405,576 to 259,471) from the four states which have already held primaries or caucuses: Iowa, New Hampshire, Nevada, and South Carolina.

Additionally, Obama leads in delegates from these fours states by a margin of 70 to 57, or 55% of delegates pledged to one of these two candidates. (source: http://www.cnn.com/ELECTION/2008/)
