I'm massively built, lift weights twice a week, cardio three times a week, at 11:30 at night, after work, or at 10:am in the morning. I'm a great grandfather, and a responsible Husband, and I play a decent game of chess. I'm also a cancer survivor, a 3 time stroke victim, and a heart attack victim, so....what I eat is as important as exercise. I abhor anything cheap, don't like cheap. I don't care if it's old, as long as it is quality and well maintained. |
